Secure Every Phone and Tablet
That Touches Your Data

Your employees read company email on personal phones every day — usually with no passcode policy, no encryption guarantee, and no way to wipe a lost device. Managed MDM closes that invisible gap.

The biggest gap in most security stacks is in everyone's pocket

You secured the network, the email, and the laptops. But the phones and tablets that read the same company data are usually completely unmanaged — and attackers know it.

Unmanaged phones read company email

Most employees access company email, files, and SaaS from personal phones that have no enforced passcode, no guaranteed encryption, and no way to revoke access.

Lost or stolen devices = data exposure

A phone left in an airport or a stolen tablet is an open door to your inbox and documents. Without MDM there is no remote wipe and no way to prove the data was protected.

Mobile phishing & malicious apps

SMS phishing, fake login pages, and malicious apps target mobile users where email gateways can’t see. Native phone protection misses most of it.

Compliance gaps for regulated data

HIPAA and similar rules expect device-level controls and an audit trail. Unmanaged mobile access is a finding waiting to happen at your next assessment.

What managed MDM does

Enroll every device, enforce real security policy, separate work from personal, and keep an audit trail — without you having to run the platform.

Enroll & secure every device

Enroll company-owned and BYOD phones and tablets, then enforce passcodes, screen-lock timeouts, and full-device or work-container encryption automatically.

Separate work from personal

A managed work profile or app container keeps company email, files, and apps isolated from the employee’s personal data — privacy for them, control for you.

Remote-wipe lost devices

Wipe a lost or stolen device — or just the company container on a personal phone — in minutes, and document that the data was protected.

Mobile threat defense

Lookout-powered MTD detects mobile phishing, malicious apps, risky networks, and OS vulnerabilities in real time, before they reach your data.

Push policy & configuration

Deploy Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, email config, and approved apps over the air — so a new hire’s phone is work-ready without IT touching it.

Monitoring & compliance reporting

See which devices are enrolled, compliant, and at risk — with the audit-ready reporting HIPAA and SOC 2 auditors expect.

Built for regulated data

If a phone reads patient data, it's in scope

HIPAA and frameworks like SOC 2 expect device-level safeguards on anything that touches protected information: enforced encryption, access controls, the ability to remove data from a lost device, and proof of which devices are compliant. An unmanaged phone reading patient email is a documented gap. MDM gives you the technical controls and the audit trail to close it.

Enforced encryption and passcode on every enrolled device
Remote wipe to remove data from lost or stolen devices
Conditional access — only compliant devices reach your data

The right platform for your fleet

We are vendor-neutral. We deploy and manage the leading MDM and mobile threat defense platforms, and we pick the one that fits your stack — not the one with the biggest commission.

Microsoft Intune

The natural fit for Microsoft 365 shops — unified endpoint management for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, tightly integrated with Entra ID and Conditional Access.

IBM MaaS360

A mature, AI-driven UEM platform with strong cross-platform coverage and built-in threat management for organizations that want a vendor-neutral console.

Lookout

Best-in-class Mobile Threat Defense — stops mobile phishing, malicious apps, and network attacks that MDM policy alone can’t see. Layers on top of any MDM.

Addigy

Purpose-built Apple device management for Mac, iPhone, and iPad fleets — the right tool when your team is Apple-first and you want native, fast iOS/macOS control.

How our managed MDM works

We run the whole lifecycle — enroll, configure, monitor, support — so your team gets secure mobile access without standing up a platform.

1

1. Discover & enroll

We inventory every phone and tablet that touches company data, pick the right platform for your stack, and enroll devices — corporate-owned and BYOD — with minimal disruption.

2

2. Configure policy

We design and push your security policy: passcodes, encryption, work/personal separation, approved apps, and conditional access so only compliant devices reach your data.

3

3. Monitor & defend

We monitor device compliance, add mobile threat defense, and respond to lost-or-stolen events with remote wipe — keeping your audit trail clean.

4

4. Support & report

Your team gets helpdesk support for enrollment and access issues, and you get compliance-ready reporting for HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal audits.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about MDM, BYOD, and mobile compliance.

What is Mobile Device Management (MDM)?
MDM is the set of tools and policies that let you enroll, secure, and monitor every phone and tablet that accesses company email and data. Once a device is enrolled, you can enforce a passcode and encryption, separate work apps from personal apps, push configuration, and remote-wipe the device if it is lost or stolen. Managed MDM means we run that platform for you — enrollment, policy design, monitoring, and day-to-day support.
Do I really need MDM if everyone uses their personal phone?
That is exactly when you need it most. Personal phones that read company email are usually completely unmanaged — no enforced passcode, no encryption guarantee, no way to wipe company data if the phone is lost. MDM lets you secure only the work container on a personal (BYOD) device without touching the employee’s photos, texts, or personal apps. You get device-level control; they keep their privacy.
Does MDM let you see my employees’ personal data?
No. On a BYOD enrollment, MDM manages a separate work profile or app container. We can enforce policy and wipe company data inside that container, but we cannot see personal photos, messages, browsing history, or personal apps. On a corporate-owned device the organization has broader control, which we configure transparently with your policy.
How does MDM help with HIPAA and other compliance requirements?
Regulations like HIPAA expect device-level safeguards: enforced encryption, access controls, the ability to remove data from a lost device, and an audit trail of which devices touch protected information. Unmanaged phones reading patient email are a documented compliance gap. MDM gives you the technical controls and reporting that auditors look for, and it pairs naturally with our SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance work.
What is mobile threat defense, and how is it different from MDM?
MDM enforces configuration and policy. Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) — for example Lookout — actively detects threats on the device: phishing links in SMS and email, malicious apps, network attacks, and OS vulnerabilities. They are complementary layers. MDM keeps devices configured correctly; MTD stops live attacks. Our managed service can run both together.
Which platforms do you support, and how do you choose?
We deploy and manage Microsoft Intune (best fit for Microsoft 365 shops), IBM MaaS360, Lookout for mobile threat defense, and Addigy for Apple-first fleets. We pick the platform based on your existing stack, device mix, and compliance needs rather than forcing one tool on every client. We are not locked to a single vendor.
What does managed MDM actually include?
Enrollment of every device, policy design (passcode, encryption, app rules, work/personal separation), ongoing monitoring, mobile threat defense where needed, remote-wipe response for lost or stolen devices, and helpdesk support for your team. You get the outcome — secure, compliant mobile access — without having to staff and run the platform yourself.
