Discovery across the workloads you plan to move: dependencies, sizing, licensing implications, and the order of operations. The output is a migration plan you could hand to any competent engineer, including one who is not us.
Azure implementation
The build itself — subscription and landing-zone structure, networking, identity integration, resource governance, and the workload migration carried out against the agreed plan.
Pay-as-you-go to CSP migration assessment
For organisations already running Azure on a credit card. We assess what moving the subscriptions onto a CSP agreement changes commercially and operationally before anything is transitioned.
Azure Well-Architected Review
A structured review of an existing workload against the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework and its five pillars: cost optimisation, operational excellence, performance efficiency, reliability, and security. Best practice checked against your environment, not a slide deck.

No reliability design behind the SLA you assumed
Availability, backup, and recovery expectations are stated explicitly and designed for. A single-region single-instance deployment is a legitimate choice, but it should be a choice.

Assessment before build
Every Azure engagement starts with an assessment or a scoped consultation. We will not quote an implementation for an environment nobody has looked at yet.
Plan and fixed-price scope
The assessment produces a migration or build plan with the work broken into discrete pieces, each with a fixed price agreed in writing before it starts.
Landing zone first
Subscriptions, management groups, networking, identity, and governance get built and reviewed before a single production workload moves into them.
Workload migration in waves
Workloads move in dependency order with a validation step and a rollback position at each wave, rather than a single all-or-nothing cutover weekend.
Review and hand over
The built environment is reviewed against the Well-Architected pillars, documented, and handed over — with optional ongoing management if you would rather not run it yourself.

Can you just do the migration without an assessment?
We would rather not. Fixed pricing only works honestly when the environment is understood first; without an assessment, either you carry the risk of a change order or we pad the quote. The assessment is a bounded piece of work and its output is yours regardless of who does the build.
What is an Azure Well-Architected Review?
A structured review of an existing workload against the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework, which sets out best practice across five pillars: cost optimisation, operational excellence, performance efficiency, reliability, and security. It produces a prioritised list of findings against your actual environment.
We are on pay-as-you-go Azure. Why would we move to CSP?
Moving subscriptions onto a Cloud Solution Provider agreement changes how Azure is billed and supported, and consolidates it with your other Microsoft licensing. Whether it is worth doing depends on your spend and how you currently get support — the PAYG-to-CSP assessment answers that for your specific situation before anything is transitioned.
How much will Azure cost us per month?
Nobody can answer that honestly without looking at your workloads, and any provider who quotes a monthly figure on a first call is guessing. Right-sizing during the assessment is what determines the answer, and it is also where most of the savings are.
Do you manage Azure after the migration?
These are one-time project engagements that end at handover. Ongoing operations, monitoring, and cost optimisation are covered by our cloud infrastructure management service, which you can take up separately.
How is this different from your cloud infrastructure management service?
This page covers fixed-scope project work: assess, design, build, migrate, review. Cloud infrastructure management is the recurring service that runs and optimises the environment afterwards. Many clients do the project first and decide about ongoing management later.
