Move to Microsoft 365 without losing a single email
A planned, zero-downtime cutover from Google Workspace, on-prem Exchange, or another Microsoft 365 tenant — with no lost mail, no broken permissions, and no migration-weekend gamble.
Whatever you're migrating from
Three of the most common moves we run — each planned around your business hours, not a risky big-bang weekend.
Google Workspace → Microsoft 365
Gmail, Drive, shared drives, calendars, and contacts moved into Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint — with mail flow kept live the whole way through.
On-prem Exchange → Microsoft 365
Retire aging Exchange and Windows servers. We migrate mailboxes, public folders, and archives to Exchange Online and decommission the hardware cleanly.
Tenant-to-tenant (M&A)
After a merger, acquisition, or divestiture, we consolidate two Microsoft 365 tenants into one — users, mail, files, Teams, and permissions — without a hard cutover weekend.
The risks of doing it yourself — and how we remove them
A self-run migration looks like a few admin clicks until the cutover. These are the failure modes we plan out before they ever happen.
Lost or bounced email during cutover
Coexistence and MX timing planned so mail keeps flowing to both sides until the final switch — nothing bounces, nothing disappears.
Days of downtime over a migration weekend
Mailboxes and files pre-staged and synced in the background, then a near-instant cutover. Staff keep working; most never notice the move happened.
Broken sharing and folder permissions
Shared-drive and SharePoint permissions mapped and re-applied so the right people keep the right access — no scramble to re-grant after go-live.
Orphaned data and half-migrated mailboxes
Itemized pre-migration inventory plus post-migration reconciliation reports prove every mailbox, file, and folder landed where it should.
Calendar, contact, and rule loss
Calendars, contacts, distribution lists, and mailbox rules migrated and validated alongside mail — the parts DIY moves routinely drop.
No rollback if something breaks
Source data stays intact until you sign off. If anything looks wrong, we still have the original — there is always a way back.
How a managed migration works
Five stages from first inventory to a clean Microsoft 365 tenant — the cutover itself is the short, quiet part.
Discovery & readiness
We inventory mailboxes, shared drives, data volume, and your source platform, then flag anything that complicates the move before it bites. Start with the free readiness check below.
Migration plan & coexistence
A wave plan by team, a coexistence/mail-routing design, and a cutover schedule built around your business hours — not a risky single-night big-bang.
Staged sync
Mail, files, calendars, and contacts pre-sync in the background using BitTitan MigrationWiz and AvePoint while everyone keeps using the old system normally.
Zero-downtime cutover
A final delta sync and DNS switch flip users to Microsoft 365. We validate mail flow, sign-in, and access live, and stay on hand through the first business day.
Reconcile & hand off
Reconciliation reports confirm everything migrated, source systems are retired safely, and your team gets a clean Microsoft 365 tenant — optionally under ongoing management.
Enterprise tooling, managed for you
We run the same migration platforms the largest providers use — you get the outcome without the licensing, learning curve, or risk.
BitTitan MigrationWiz
Industry-standard migration engine for mailbox, document, and tenant-to-tenant moves at scale — the workhorse behind staged, low-risk cutovers.
AvePoint
Deep SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams migration plus permission mapping and data governance — so structure and access survive the move, not just files.

Planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Migrating is the perfect moment to fix permission sprawl before Copilot exposes it. See whether your tenant is ready.

Hand the new tenant to us and we run Microsoft 365 as a recurring managed service — security, licensing, and administration.
Microsoft 365 managementFrequently asked questions
Will we lose email or have downtime during the migration?
No. We run a coexistence period where mail flows to both the old and new systems, pre-sync mailboxes in the background, then do a final delta sync and a near-instant cutover. Most staff keep working through the entire move and never notice it happened. Your source data stays intact until you sign off, so there is always a rollback path.
Which migrations do you handle?
Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, on-prem or hybrid Exchange to Microsoft 365, and tenant-to-tenant consolidations after a merger or acquisition. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts, OneDrive/Drive files, SharePoint/shared drives, Teams, and permissions — not just the inbox.
What tools do you use?
We use BitTitan MigrationWiz as the core migration engine and AvePoint for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and permission-aware moves. The destination is Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID), configured and security-hardened as part of the project.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on mailbox count and data volume, but most SMB migrations run a few days to a few weeks end to end. The bulk of the data syncs in the background ahead of time, so the user-facing cutover is short. The free readiness check gives you a complexity estimate in about two minutes.
What happens after the migration?
You get a clean, hardened Microsoft 365 tenant and reconciliation reports proving everything moved. From there you can run it yourself or hand it to us for ongoing Microsoft 365 management — security, licensing, and administration as a recurring managed service.
Is this a good time to prepare for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Yes. A migration is the ideal moment to clean up permissions and data governance before turning on Copilot, which surfaces anything a user can access. See our Copilot readiness assessment to make sure oversharing does not become a data-exposure problem the day Copilot goes live.
